All appointments or cancellations need to be made by a phone call directly to the spa 217-641-2041. Reaching out on social media to make or can cancel appointments will not be accepted.

A credit card will be required to hold an appointment. .. by phone. A client’s credit card will not be charge at the time of booking but will hold the space. If client does not show up for their appointment. The credit card will be charged the full service amount of appointment reserved.

If a client shows up late for an appointment...the session will end at the original appointment time with the full service amount due.

If you have made a reservation for an appointment using a Gift Card and do not show up to the specified time. The gift card is no longer valid and you cannot reserve a time again.

All unopened products will incur a 20 percent restocking fee.

All products ordered and not picked up will incur a 20 percent restocking fee.

All clients under the age of !8 years old will be required to have a chaperone during spa treatments.

No small children allowed in the spa.
